They are expected to have substantial iSeries knowledge as well as business knowledge.

The reseller is able to:

• Implement new IceBreak projects
• Develop and maintain IceBreak applications
• Handle customer support

The resellers are expected to actively market IceBreak in their regions.

A reseller agreement will hold:

• Reseller discount for IceBreak licenses
• A free development/demonstration license
• Technical support
• Free training sessions
• Updates on the latest IceBreak technology
• Joint marketing activities
• IceBreak Developer logo

The IceBreak developers are also known as system integrators.

IceBreak Developers have substantial iSeries knowledge and are experts on developing IceBreak applications.

Customers can call on an IceBreak Developer whenever they are in need of a custom-made solution.

An official IceBreak Developer will get access to:

• Reseller Discount
• A free development/demonstration license
• Technical support
• Training sessions
• Updates on the latest IceBreak technology
• IceBreak Developer logo

An IceBreak Developer can also sell IceBreak, but is not expected to do active marketing.

ISV (Independent software vendors) are offered to join our program. Both new existing 5250 tools and applications can be substantially improved via IceBreak.

The end user will only need to install an IceBreak Server to execute the ISV tool or application.

The ISV partner can sign an OEM agreement with different options.

• Standard reseller discount for IceBreak Servers licenses
• Bulk agreement for a quantity discount
• Special "small tool" agreement

The OEM agreement will give the ISV:

• Free development license
• Technical support
• A free training sessions
• Updates on the latest IceBreak technology
• IceBreak Developer logo

An IceBreak Developer can also sell IceBreak, but is not expected to do active marketing.
